It may not seem like much now but this building, what used to be an apple and pear packinghouse, will soon see new life as Southern Oregon’s newest and most modern custom crush facility. Construction crews have been hard at work for several months already, laying the groundwork and piping for our custom crush winery. The area shown will primarily house our tank farm, where sizes will range from the smaller 2 ton tanks all the way to 10 ton giants. At the far left you can see our receiving and sorting area, where your grapes will begin their journey to fine wine at our state-of-the-art facility.
Over the next few months construction will progress rapidly, and the tanks should be installed by the end of July. Check back in for periodic updates on our progress from this humble beginning to the area’s most state-of-the-art custom crush winery.
